Volunteer Opportunities for the Entire Family

Volunteering as a family in not only a great way to contribute to the community, but it also teaches children job skills, responsibility and instills compassion. This location provides a place for the families who are caring for their critically injured or ill children who are staying in a local hospital.
Age Preference: 15 years and up (or 10 & up accompanied by an adult)
Volunteering opportunities include:

Meal prep for the families.

Organizing a craft, painting or activity for the children to enjoy during their stay.

Older kids can volunteer as a “House Warmer” (shows new families around) or in the welcome desk.
They provide quality food and grocery products to people in need in our community.
Age Preference: Children of helping age must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
Volunteer opportunities include:

Sorting and packing donated food items

Sorting through personal hygiene items

Sorting through home goods

Prepare and serve meals at the Master’s Table Soup Kitchen (must be 18+)
This facility provides clothes, food and resources for families in need.
Age Preference: Children of helping age must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
