Blanchard and Calhoun Real Estate had another successful year of providing the CSRA with real estate, mortgage, and insurance services while making strong connections and strengthening relationships.  From awards to business growth to victories, 2019 has truly been good to us and we would like to share with you some of the highlights and success from this year.

Celebrating 100 Years of Service

Blanchard and Calhoun proudly celebrates 100 years of service. That’s a whole century of working together to serve the CSRA, growing our business and developing relationships.  Blanchard and Calhoun has grown tremendously and now includes Blanchard and Calhoun Insurance Agency, Inc. and Augusta Mortgage Company.  To celebrate our centenary we have shared 100 stories that have shaped our business over the years. Cheers to 100 years and counting!

Awards & Recognition

We are honored and proud of the awards and recognition we have received from numerous organizations this year. Some of those honors include the Legacy Honoration from the Cox Family Enterprise Center’s Georgia Family of Business of the Year Honoration ceremony, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World’s prestigious RELO Quality Certification to just name a few.

Community Engagement 

We’re neighbors.  We take great pride in getting involved with our community, it’s our way of giving back and showing that we care.  We proudly partner with local and non-profit organizations such as: United Way, Children’s Hospital of Georgia,  The Golden Harvest Table, Salvation Army, Trees for Augusta, and other sponsoring teams.

B&C Family Victories

At Blanchard and Calhoun, our staff and agents are family.  Which means we’ve laughed together and we’ve cried together.  And this year, we are especially thankful for our Breast Cancer survivors and the ongoing progress for the Grubisa Family.

West Augusta Ribbon Cutting

In December, we re-dedicated the newly renovated Blanchard and Calhoun Real Estate West Augusta office with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.   During the four-month renovation project, the West Augusta office installed more offices, meeting rooms, a beautifully updated kitchen/lobby area and extra restrooms.  

Company Gatherings

One thing is for sure, we love to fellowship together- it’s part of our culture.  From holidays, celebrations, company picnics or just monotony breakers-we enjoy having a good time together.  

Phew, it’s been a busy year but a great one.   And we are truly grateful for the opportunity to work with so many of you.  We love the CSRA and we look forward to another great year in 2020!
