Sold 2 of my 3 properties

We contacted Pat a few days before we were to go on an international cruise that involved South Africa, her communications with us were always timely, due to our cruise my responses back were not as timely as hers. I am extremely pleased that we were able to complete this transaction on a very timely basis. This appears to be a perfect 2nd home for us until we get our primary house in Pennsylvania sold. We really are enjoying my little forest in the front yard of our property. Thank you very much.

Dear Pat, We can't tell you how appreciative we are for all the help you gave us in this process, which finally reached its conclusion yesterday. I guess all-told, it took a little over two months to sell our house due to it being sold on paper three times. I guess we can't complain too much even if we were hoping to get a sale done within a month's time. We're now in pretty fine financial shape having secured the closing funds as well as the reimbursement from the military for moving costs. It's about as good a situation as we've been in for a long time. Before the selling process started we really felt strongly about obtaining your services--even with some pretty good friends close-by who were hoping to get the job.
