We did not realize how stressful selling our home would be. Joan kept us informed every step of the way and she shared her opinions/expertise with every question we asked and with every "hiccup" along the way. Joan was very "patient" with us. She had to deal with two different personalities and ideas on how we should sell, highlight, clean, present, and deal with problems with our home of 28 years. There were times we disagreed with the buyer's "desires" but Joan carefully explained the situation from the buyers point of view. Joan "held & squeezed" our hands. We are so glad she did. Our house sold very quickly, because we followed Joan's suggestions. We couldn't be more happy with all of her efforts.
