We relocated from California and spent ~a year watching the housing market, paid 3 visits before we bought our house. Franziska was so patient and extremely informative from the beginning to the end. At my first visit, she gathered our general interest of housing style, price range, our household information, our living style including everyone's specific needs, our work style, etc. everything that helps to find a house that fits our needs, and organized a list of areas and houses to see before I even arrive. She spent > 5h driving me around and thoroughly introduced all these areas including neighborhoods, school districts, housing styles, traffic, etc. While we were touring, she also listened to me about my feeling on these areas and houses, my preference, my family members's likes. On our second visit, I took my entire family including parents and our young boy to the house hunting tour. Based on my first visit Franziska was able to narrow down the list and suggested only the houses that potentially meets our interest, as well as adding our picked houses into the list. She was so considerate. She took care of everyone and listened to each one of us for our preferences, which was not easy to do with such a big family group. With her help we were able to lock down a few areas that we liked. On the 3rd visit, we already had our picked houses before arrival. Franziska was always super responsive. She communicate a lot with us and acted fast in booking house tours as soon as we have our eyes on them. She also send us houses that fits our interest as soon as they came onto market. She was never impatient on my requests, even sometimes I have last minute requests and wish to see the same property multiple times. At the final steps of purchasing, she really thinks for us and speak of our best benefits and had given us great advices. We highly recommend her to everyone.
