Since becoming licensed in 1998, Debbie has established herself as one of the premier agents in the Augusta Area. Debbie specializes in all phases of residential, new construction, lake property and re-sales. She was appointed Vice President in 2003, earned her Associate Broker License in 2009 and has continued her education earning her Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) , Certified Sales Person(CSP), Georgia Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designations. She is married to C. D. Bourne, a local builder, and they have one daughter, Ashley.
