Marlene Lane is a life-long resident of the Augusta area, growing up in Columbia County. With parents who were builders she has literally watched this area grow brick-by-brick. Originally licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1995, but working at a Real Estate Assistant since she was a young teenager, Marlene brings a lifetime of real estate experience to Blanchard and Calhoun. Well versed in all areas of the industry, she has a family history of development and new home construction. She is a second generation Realtor who managed a local Real Estate firm for 6 years. Bringing sales, management, and training experience into her role as a licensed Real Estate Instructor and Training Director for the Evans office, Marlene is responsible for the training of new agents and enjoys passing her knowledge, and attention to customer satisfaction on to others.

Marlene and her Husband Gabe have 6 children- 5 sons and 1 daughter- and are youth mentors and active members of Grace Baptist Church in Evans. In training new agents, Marlene is passionate about maintaining relationships of trust, honesty, professionalism and accountability with others. Her intimate knowledge of the community is an asset to her clients as she guides them step by step through the buying or selling process.

Marlene is Licensed in Georgia and South Carolina, and is a member of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, National Association of realtors, and the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association.
